Can I edit or update my order after receiving an order number?
Yes! You can update your order as long as it is still in the “Processing” stage. But be sure to act fast! Once an order is in the “Fulfilling” or “Shipped” stage, we are unable to modify your order.

How do I enter my coupon code?
To use your coupon code, please complete your checkout process as usual. On Step 3, enter your coupon code in the box labeled "Type your Coupon Code". After you click "Apply Coupon", the discount will be deducted from your sub-total. If your coupon doesn't apply, please check that the items in your cart are eligible for the discount. **Featured Events, Subscription Boxes, and Mystery Items are exempt from any discounts or sales.
Why can't I use my coupon for certain items?
Our Featured Events are already 40-80% off our already low prices.
You may find one of our rings in our ring category for $32.00 BUT in the featured event during a certain day, we may offer that ring for $14.99.
These heavily discounted prices wont last long, and we cannot match or adjust prices to any past or future purchases.
Mystery Boxes, Doorbuster Deals, Featured Events, and Subscription items are priced as is.
Essentially these items already have SUPER COUPONS added to them before you purchase to get you the lowest price possible!
How do I use my Store Credit?
Your store credit(s) is available to use on any purchase on BaubleBox and will never expire!
To use your store credit(s), please complete your check out process as usual. On Step 3, (Payment Method) manually enter how many store credits you would like to use in the box labeled “Add Credit”. After you click “Apply Store Credit”, the discount will be deducted from your sub-total.
Is my credit card information safe on your site?
Our customer’s security and protection is our highest priority.
All information is encrypted and processed by a compliant secure payment gateway. BaubleBox does not store any credit card information on our servers. This will have to be manually entered every time an order is placed. Better safe than sorry!
Why is there a hold placed on my card?
If a debit card or check card is used to make a purchase on the BaubleBox website, and the purchase was not accepted for any reason (i.e. failed address verification or failed security code verification), please be aware that most banks will hold the "authorized" funds, even if your order was rejected by our security measures. This can count against your balance until the authorization of your card id cleared. Do note that the most common reason for the failed transaction is that the billing address entered does not match the billing address for the debit or credit card being used for payment. If not, our Address Verification System (AVS), security measures will reject any transaction for a billing address mismatch, prolonging the processing of your order.
BaubleBox does not have the capability nor is it obligated to release the bank's temporary hold on authorized funds. Since we are unable to release the bank's temporary hold, we are not responsible for the policies of your banking institution. Please note that authorization fund holds last for varying periods, from as little as three days to as long as several months. This all depends on the issuing credit card company's policy. When this occurs, we suggest that the customer contact the issuing credit card company or bank in order to resolve these types of situations.
